As a Directors of FentoneLabourConsultancyLimited.Consider it myjoy to introduce this Organization as one of the prominent and outstanding Employment Placement agencies of this country. Duly registered at the Registrar of Societies and affiliated with the Ministry of Labour and Social Securities of the Government of the Republic of Zambia, for the legal recruitment of workers in Zambia and beyond.

This organization was founded on a mandate to create an enabling environment for happy Employer and Happy Employee. We have noted with concerned the gaps that exists in the labour market globally, that formal employment is hard to get by. Therefore, the SMEs are playing a major role in driving the national’s economy, but they are facing challenges in finding the right persons for the right jobs at the right time, hence the existence of our organization to bridge up these gaps. And we have also noted with concern that most Organizations lack the capacity to form a full time HR department to manage the affairs of personnel and this is why we exist so that we can lift up the burden to allow organizationsconcentrate on the core business. Among the challenges faced with SMEs is how to interpret the labour laws, this has forced many organizations prematurely wind up businesses because of failing to comply with the laws of running business.

We have established this organization with young effort to serve the country as well as the companies who are looking for Right person in Right time at Right place.
